EHR software is not user friendly Lack of communication from the national level to local providers High-Stress environment High-risk insurance audit target due to the size of the company causes stress on local direct providers The advance offered can be troublesome.

Inconsistent Income, Low fee split, High no show rates

High no show rates, income every month is inconsistent and numbers don't add up. Management will gas light you and their answer for income concerns is that you should "work more"
