You get the feeling that those in leadership roles care very little about LifeStance employees and simply want results.

Consistent pay and co workers are nice

Cons

The bare minimum pay to be a call center, answer all patient inquiries through messages, and many taxing task. Will give you the bare minimum pay and lie that they can grow you. There is no place to grow here. Manager extremely micro managing and rude.
