      Pros

      My providers are great. Easy work-life balance. Nice to be able to receive care within the company for yourself and/or your family.

      Cons

      Management is lacking quite a bit on adhering concerns for the betterment of their employees’ own mental health.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Competitive pay, many opportunities for career advancement and training to increase your skillset. The people are wonderful and dedicated. Leadership is dedicated to increasing access to quality mental health care, DEIB initiatives, support for providers and staff. Despite very quick growth over the past few years the executives are leading the company with thoughtfulness, sustainability, consistency and with scalability in mind.

      Pros

      supportive local leadership, excellent training, and wonderful facilities.

      Cons

      Complicated medical record system, Micromanagement from distant national leadership, poor intake process and screening leading inappropriate referrals, content emails requiring lots of unpaid work., income continues to get less and less for same work.
