      Great atmosphere of employees Work from home Quarterly bonus (but you have to meet metics to make it)

      Cons

      Pay isn’t enough for workload Protocols and systems always changing Management doesn’t know what their talking about most times They micromanage the heck out of you You can be a top for former and constantly go help others who are behind, but you’ll still be micromanaged and under a microscope It often feels like you can never fully do anything right fully, their always going to find something you can do better or make an excuse why your not good enough

      no work life balance impossible to fire incompetent employees limited advancement opportunities-more interested in external hiring sneaky contracts for clinicians hit or miss management
