Terrible and shady workplace

Pros

They are clear on their message. See as many clients as possible to earn more.

Cons

Quality of care is very low if you want to earn a living wage. They expect clinicians to see atleast 30 clients if you want to make a decent wage. As a therapist, there is a balance you should have with how many clients you see. If you dont care about clients and just want to make unethical money this is your place. They are also very quiet with the fine print around compensation and potential benefits. You have to pay back money they give you if you don't last more than the agreed term such as 3 to 5 years.
