They treat you like workhorses. You aren't given clients, are told to work more if you want to get paid more, with hardly any compensation when client's no-show or cancel. You don't get praised for positive terminations with clients, you are just scolded if your schedule isn't full (when they're not giving you clients). They also don't give many opportunities for pay increases, not even to attempt to aid with inflation.
