Pros

I cannot think of any

Cons

-Low pay, the companies gives you a % of a flat fee, which is much lower than what they charge the client and insurance. This encourages to work a high volume caseload, which is not to do or maintain. -Poor Benefits: Health insurance is a high deductible plan which isn't very helpful with inconsistent Fee for Service work. There was NO paid time off until the state forced them, and you don't get holidays off. Also, there's no real raises ($1 extra per session is not a raise, especially with the cut they take) and no real path for advancing in the company. -Little to no support: Admin is never in the office and is often managing multiple locations. High turnover for front desk staff means you're doing unpaid admin work on top of being underpaid. Poor EHR system: it's clunky and not user friendly. In addition, you get no notifications when you get a new intake. You have to hope and pray that intake/front desk informs of you a change in schedule. Predatory Practices: Everything about this organization that makes hundreds of millions in revenue each year is designed to make money for the share holders, not you. There's a sign on bonus that you may or may not have to pay back (!!!) if you leave. They will 'advance' you compensation in your beginning months, so you essentially go into debt with them by working with them. Woe to the unlicensed clinician trying to get their hours here. You will be underpaid and there will be various mechanisms to punish for you trying to leave.
