      You are able to create your own schedule

      Cons

      Their pay model is not transparent - providers are paid a percentage of arbitrary rates that Lifestance sets (which are a far cry from the rates that they actually receive from insurance) so you may think you are getting X% of what insurance brings in, but it is actually far less. No compensation for any admin time. Excessive micromanaging with paperwork requirements. Everything comes down to money for them.

      This company operates unethically, prioritizing profit over the well-being of both clinicians and clients. They demonstrate a blatant disregard for ethical guidelines and fail to provide the quality care that clients deserve. Their practices undermine the integrity of mental health services, and they should not be entrusted with providing care.

      Avoid, it’s not worth it

      The only pros is the coworkers and the snacks they provide.

      Cons

      This company has many flaws. I highly recommend not applying. They do not care about their employees or patients, only money. Plus they have many lawsuits going on.
