Pay can be rather good

Cons

Everything else, management, hr conflict management, people are allowed to do whatever and no consequences especially managers

Pros

For the most part you do get to select your hours You can request more or less of certain populations to best manage your caseload and that best fit your interest and expertise

Cons

You are forced to see clients for the amount of time that earns the company the highest reimbursement and for kid clients that amount of time is really not appropriate, especially virtual sessions, I question if it's ethical There are no real supplies/physical resources unless you bring your own. Again if you are seeing certain populations like kids, why can't the company provide a shared resource closet of games, crayons, etc. Or physical books with worksheets you could make copies of for adults Being onsite for virtual clients is ridiculous, if you can't get me the in person clients then don't mandate me to be on site Clients can get on your calendar with no paperwork signed, including credit card authorization, then no show and you as a clinician will not get paid You will get clients that absolutely do not fit your expertise, scope of practice, or preference Processes are not streamlined so you will manage multiple calendars, emails, etc.

Pros

Have an amazing Leader and Team. All very supportive and accommodating. Work together to solve problems and resolve concerns.

Cons

Work Load can be a lot, as we are trying to fill some open positions due to recent changes, but in the end have a current amazing team and Leader who all work together.
