Steady amount of clients and easy to build a case load. Offers benefits. Provides in person and telehealth.

Cons

Poor compensation for most employees. This affects the turnover rate for supportive staff which leads to regular mistakes that affects clinicians and clients. The company has no concern for clients or employees. Inconsistent, misleading, and completely false communication. Lack of professionalism in leadership at multiple levels. You might get a lot of one time clients due to little consideration being given to whether a clinician accurately meets the client needs. Billing is regularly making significant mistakes that lead clients to walk away.

Good Culture Pay Isn’t Great

Flexibility, no micro managing, encourages work/life balance

Cons

With what you make you have to see a lot of clients. So even though work life balance is encouraged it can’t really be practiced with how high cost of living is in CO
