Pros

Equipment provided, remote work, available leaders, thorough training.

Cons

Patients scream at you all day because the company balance bills and makes massive errors. You have no control to help fix problems, you can only send messages to other teams but the other teams don’t care about our department (and they don’t talk to the patients) so the problems are never fixed and it’s a never ending cycle. Stressful is an understatement.

Pros

The pay is competitive, and I’ve never had to worry about whether or not I’d receive a paycheck.

Cons

The company itself is unstable. They completely reorganized their operating structure in summer 2024, which caused hundreds of people to find new positions within the company, many of which were not nearly as ideal as their initial places.

Company

Pros

Able to work part of the time from home.

Cons

Unable to cancel new patients who have yet to respond to requests for documents, leaving predictable holes in schedules when they don't show up. Patients often complain of receiving service bills, even though the company has their insurance information. The company has no transparency in their chain of command. Physicians are relegated to their only contact for answers to problems, as regional managers are overworked and often need to know the necessary answers. There needs to be more flexibility in schedules when required, which is often blamed on the limitations of the EMR scheduling program. Physicians are only able to change their schedules once per year. Pay is low.
