As an intake coordinator, I found LifeStance to be okay! My coworkers were kind and there were opportunities for paid overtime.

Cons

The job could be stressful, and by the time I left, management was in the process of implementing very unreasonable productivity quotas which would severely increase the stress of the job and decrease patient care.
