Great work environment, facility and co-workers.

Cons

Because of the client load 7-9 daily [my choice to compensate appropriately] there is little time for collaboration with co-workers, eating lunch or research for upcoming client sessions. Due to the issues of a fee-for-service pay platform the percent attributed to the clinician is less than the norm at 51% [based upon insurance outlay]. With the amount of money brought in by clinicians and providers you would think the company would place more value on its employees and pay accordingly. A 60/40 split would still provide enough for the company to run effectively and provide greater value to their hard-working staff.

Lots of referrals are available. Office staff is helpful.

Cons

LifeStance management decided that required trainings would not be compensated. They said we had enough time to them on our own time. Health benefits are removed unless your clients show up consistently which is beyond anybody’s control.
