clean, organized, professional offices with front office staff for support. Complete independence and control over schedule, clients, and caseload size (there are minimums to meet for benefits). Peer Support, continuing education opportunities.

Cons

Ended an amazing long-term incentive plan without having a replacement.

Great way to have purpose in your work and give back to your community. Supportive with personal needs. Decent benefits. Lots of opportunities for growth. Always opportunities to learn new things and improve skills.

Cons

Lots of rapid growth that can result in change fatigue, Difficulties with competing priorities and communication. Young company- not all departments are currently being held accountable with equal expectations.
