Easy to get a job here, can benefit someone looking for quick employment.

Cons

Top priority is revenue and it shows on every level of the company. You’ll be overworked, underpaid, likely have incompetent coworkers/support staff, and you will be frustrated by the lack of communication. The vibe/culture of the place amplifies inevitable burn out.

Autonomy, freedom to have clinical judgement and it be valued, leadership feels like they work for you, not the other way around

Cons

Fee for service reduces employee connections, different states operate differently so there isn't a national standard that is easily applicable, "problem employees" are difficult to terminate

I do not see any pros.

Cons

Poor compensation, lack of benefits, company often withdraws awards, poor communication, no opportunity to advance or get a raise, no COLA, no advocacy for clinicians, you are just a warm body to the company, they do not value your commitment or contributions.
