Traveling to schools gets you familiar with where you are, co workers become like family. Room to grow in Hawaii

Cons

Early mornings, long work days, low pay, no room to grow in Virginia

Pros

Some flexibility, Finally under better ownership.

Cons

Many nights and weekends. Much of the travel is not well planned. Too many people not knowing what is going on. Many carrots dangles, no follow through. Poor mileage reimbursement. Looks of equipment to haul for free. Management can't make a timely decision
