Pros

Wonderful people. Such a unique culture they have created.

Cons

Terrible execution. So many problems with operations. Commission gets taken away because Ops does not follow through on promises made by the sales pro.

Pros

Doing what I love, working with kids, empathetic management, great co-workers, enough training, overall is a great job and place to work.

Cons

The hours are inconsistent, and once the season slows down you go from working 13 hour days to 8 hour days to 3/4 hour days and not working some days at all!

Working with kids, learning how to take better portraits

Cons

A LOT of wear and tear on your vehicle. Also the hours are great at first--but then they decrease quickly....management seems to be pretty close...
