Pros

HR people were very helpful and competent.

Cons

The company seems to be stuck somewhere in the late 1900's. Unfortunately, a lot of the processes are outdated and many of the upper management have been with the company so long they are unable to adapt to the way of doing business in a world of social media and more importantly, with phones with CAMERAS in everyone's hands at all times. Because of this there always seemed like a sense of desperation and doom that trickled down to the salespeople.

Pros

get paid to work on your photography skills, works with great lighting equipment, and cameras learn a basis for how much to charge learn how to photograph babies and quickly

Cons

this is retail photography, lots of rules appointments are automatically scheduled one right after the other, sometimes 2 a time expected to take all pictures in 15 minutes which is almost impossible especially with babies and clothing changes are encouraged. this leaves people waiting longer than 15 minutes, sometimes 1.5 hours after their scheduled time. sick kids come in and spread germs
