Pros

meeting new people everyday and building relationships with customers

Cons

The company does not give raises , no matter how long or how well you work as an employee. The company itself is vindictive as far as providing empty promises just so you meet sales goals. They do not provide actual commission on sales. Although meeting sales goal is everything to this company , they are not fair with the commission . they give you whats called spiffs. $2 dollars off off the highest package which is priced at $259 before tax and that's only if you sell that package , oh not to mention photograph it so if you do not photograph it you get 1 whole dollar ...Sound fair? the job is not worth it and I was a manager making ONLY 15 an hour . the job is stressful , they give no hours your lucky if you get 15 and for the pay even for a manager is not worth it . way to much work and appointments they make one person do while the company takes all the monry that you make them.

Pros

Get to make people smile all day. Work with kids. Not a desk job. Early hours in the morning so your off early afternoon which is nice.

Cons

You have to drive a lot. Pay isn't worth the amount of work. A lot of heavy equipment in your car.

Pros

I loved the work I did

Cons

The men I worked with were abusive, did not want a woman working there.I worked there for 18 years.I ended up retiring early. I knew I could not handle the constant abuse any more. Upper management nor H.R. helped me. H.R. was busy protecting the company and my bosses were part of the problem. Here is just a few things that happened to me. Once I was told to go lay down by my dish, was tripped right in front of my boss somehow he didn't see it, was called a very bad name several times, found out from other employees lies the men were saying about me. I worked with all men in my department. I ended my career early, a job I loved because it wasn't going to stop, I was physically ill from stress, and no one would help with the situation. My Dr diagnosed me with PSTD because of nightmares that I was having about work.
