Pros

Flexible schedule, fast paced, goal oriented co-workers, no 2 days are the same, great product, opportunity for advancement, ESOP, travel, training.

Cons

Long hours, pay not competitive, high burn out rate, high turnover, mileage reimbursement non-existent, wear and tear on personal vehicle, goals set higher every season, commission structure difficult to obtain.
