Pros

Fun people to work with Easy to get hired Okay pay

Cons

Management has a big problem with lying their way though situations in order for you to accept job offers or job schedules. Little consideration for their employees. Waking up at 3 AM is an often occurrence and most jobs take you away from family for more than 24 hours. Unprofessional environment. I have been on multiple trips where alcohol and partying was a main attraction for working the school.

Pros

I enjoy working with children and taking their photo. Making them smile big when they weren't going to smile at all is definitely rewarding!

Cons

Let's start with the early mornings. Like you have to be at work at 4:30 kind of early. Now picture that five days a week for 4 months straight. Now picture those being 12+ hour days. Alright, now you might be thinking to yourself, "wow, those are pretty good hours!" but what you have to keep in mind that you will only be making BARELY ABOVE MIN WAGE, and you'll only be working half of the year. That's right, you can't take school pictures when school isn't in session. Also, because of the school breaks and Lifetouch's declining client list, that equals roughly half of the year. Spring season is only elementary schools, & very few middle schools. If that isn't enough, they took away our health insurance in such a sneaky way... they made a minimum hourly requirement annually to get the coverage. And even if you make the insane hourly requirement, you only have the chance to enroll during open enrollment, which only rolls around once a year. This place is dying and the greedy CEO is cracking the whip on his slave employees on his way out.

Pros

Some caring people Co-workers were nice Sometimes they'd let you leave early Location is nice. Some customers were nice to talk to.

Cons

Inflexible about attendance, hours, and very strict on break policy. When there's downtime it can be very boring Unhelpful management that loves to micro-manage as much as possible Constantly changing rules and policies that frustrates agents and customers. Disjointed company that makes simple customer requests difficult to complete.
