Not consistent schedule

Pros

The people I worked with were for the most part great. Enjoyed visiting churches and meeting the volunteers.

Cons

Schedule was not done until a week before, some weeks no work ( and they would not let me know ahead of time when not scheduled), they advertised a sign on bonus when I applied but said was no longer in effect. Work week was to be Tues-Sat but started adding Sunday and Mondays. No training on shooting pets, families or infants.
