Pros

Autonomy Management is solid Base pay is decent Name recognition Loyal to its employees, there are many with a very long tenure

Cons

End product seems just ok, sometimes not very good Leans too much into name recognition, where it sometimes has a bad reputation Expectations can sometimes be poorly communicated There’s a bit of a territorial mindset with sales reps sometimes Not a ton of space for career growth, besides management Company has shrunk in size, so there is a feeling that many have too many responsibilities spread out

Pros

-paid lunch break -own office space -good work hours (7:30-4 PM. M-F)

Cons

-favoribility among employees -no longer recieving yearly raises or bonuses -no company parties, all money is spent on celebrity endorsement -cannot recieve 5 stars, only 4 (no one every gets 5) -you will be expected to do the job of 3 persons but only get paid for one -CANNOT WFM, even in case of weather emergencies -expensive healthcare - reccomend going elsewhere

Terrible company to work for

Pros

Working with kids is by far the best part.

Cons

Everything else sucks. Pay is very bad. You gotta haul a bunch of equipment in your car. Management is out to lunch. Which is ironic because oftentimes they won't even coordinate with the schools to let you break for lunch. Which should be illegal. Just terrible.
