Pros

Photography training Sales training Lots of travel (if you like travel) Team environment Great health benefits Ability to transfer territories--if your life takes you to a new part of the country you can transfer and stay within the company.

Cons

Lots of travel. It can get old after a while. Each region of the country has a slow season (i.e. winter in the northern states) where work isn't as consistent so you have to plan ahead. No PTO

Pros

Flexible hours and good pay for an easy job.

Cons

Customers would be on hold for long periods of time and then would be very upset when they finally got to talk to a rep. If they wanted to speak to a manager it was almost impossible to transfer them to managers. The new employees were rushed through training and pushed on to the floor.
