Pros

Met some amazing people in my dept. and learned a lot of admin skills/tasks quickly and by experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful probably because it was a smaller studio

Cons

Rivalry between departments is awful and gets personal, and management doesn't usually take any real action to change it. Communication between territories, labs and HQ isn't consistent and needed to be closely watched to make sure requests were followed or issues resolved - otherwise they seemed to fall by the wayside.

Pros

This job is really fun.

Cons

Hourly pay -lots of after hours work especially at peak times. Expectation is to report those as hours worked, nota practical expectation and would not fit into labor management expectation.Limited growth opportunities.
