work with some really smart people. great benefits great work/life balance You get to be part of a company that started the electronics age.
Cons
I was never sure what I was supposed to do. There was never a discussion about the business need for an assignment. You were expected to deliver what was requested, no questions asked. Even if the specifications were in conflict with the state objectives, or had nothing to do with meeting the objectives, you were expected to deliver an acceptable software solution. Try to meet 2 mutually exclusive demands at the same time without going nuts.
