Pros

Manager does not micro managed their employees. Very flexible hours and good company if you just need a job.

Cons

No pay increases, not an opportunity for advancement career wise unless you are an engineer.

Great work life balance, good benefits, relaxed most of the time. Meet some great people and make friends.

Cons

The company started going downhill fast, I could tell that the ship was sinking and escaped the first chance I got. It use to be a great place to work, but then they started loosing money and still haven't stopped bleeding. Rounds of layoffs after layoffs, every time that happens they put more and more responsibilities on the employees that are left. This happened 3 times while I was there, effectively tripling my work load.
