Great products, with strong name recognition and well positioned in the industry.
Cons
It is very difficult to get training, promotions and a competitive compensation. No enough support in the field for employees facing customers. No system in place to differentiate and recognize high performance employees. Travel restrictions and lack of technology make interaction with colleagues in different locations very challenging. Corporate culture of parent company very different from conventional American business culture.
