management support, they like to promote people, cutting-edge technology, good salaries

Cons

A merit increase is set to 2-3% yearly, it doesn't depend on your performance. Too many political games, very typical for large corporations.

Good people, regular bonuses and increases. This position helped to sharpen my troubleshooting and planning skills. Opportunities for overtime were present. Job security.

Cons

I personally felt monetarily exploited, I didn't see much opportunity for growth. Poor training and direction given. Poor cross training. Poor product planning.
