Pros
- Lovely people to work with. Truly one of the best places to work - Very suitable place of work if you are into Working From Home / Hybrid roles - New CEO seems like a good guy. Been a tough few months in the new role
Cons
- Wouldn’t have a bad word to say. Only thing was the layoffs of 7.5% of the work force was of poor taste and executed terribly. - Team morale has been hit since the layoffs. Going to be a tough climb to claw back the amazing work culture you can tell they worked hard for. - Let’s be real, the tech industry has been hit and layoffs eventually will happen because of this. But better execution from upper management should of been better
