Pros
I have worked here for 6 months and can hand on heart say how awesome it has been from day one. The management structure is excellent. It is a company that is fair, professional, inclusive and extremely motivated to deliver an excellent service to its clients. I read some negative comments on here and cannot believe they are describing the same company. disgruntled ex employees perhaps. By the very virtue of the fact that this site is prime stomping ground for those individuals there are still multiple positive comments about Lighthouse. You do the math!
Cons
I don't think I have been here long enough to establish any cons. I guess the only Con, if it can be called a con is the constant hype about delivering a great service to clients, sometimes the desire to deliver can get a little tedious
