Pros

The company provides unlimited PTO, but some employees may take advantage of it, leaving their workload to their colleagues until they become overworked or quit. Additionally, there may be a lack of accountability for mistakes, and recognition may only come when an employee finally succeeds after repeated errors.

Cons

The company offers mediocre benefits and annual raises, does not provide a holiday party or holiday bonuses. The company's approach to incentives is underwhelming, leaving employees feeling unappreciated and unfulfilled. Additionally, there are limited career growth opportunities and employees may face delays when trying to switch to a different department. Furthermore, the company's review system limits the number of employees who receive the highest rating, despite more deserving it.

Pros

Everyone works remotely, from top to bottom. Competitive Salaries. Good benefits.

Cons

The former "good culture" that everyone talks about is dying off. Many people were hired at the middle and upper middle level who know nothing about the industry, and they overlook people who have been at the company for a long time. While everyone may not be required to know eDiscovery, there should be a mixture at the leadership level. Many of the leaders that were making the company great have left, along with talented individuals. The company is constantly advertising DEI, no judgment, and skill-based performance reviews, but it has become corrupt. There have been 3 mass layoffs, 2 of them recent. I am frustrated and have expressed some of it to leadership. They have suggested I leave instead of helping to resolve my issues. I guess they don't need anyone - a leadership vacuum.
