Pros

By far the best company I have ever worked for in my close to 30 year career. After my initial interview with Lighthouse, I knew this company was different! Amazing people to work with who are highly intelligent, down-to-earth and selfless. incredibly supportive culture where employees are motivated and want to come to work everyday! Always opportunity to learn from different teams and even switch roles as departments grow and new teams form. This is what great leadership looks like people! They have the best intentions for the company, the employees, and the clients! It is exciting working for a company that is truly not only the best employer, but the best at what they do!! Proud to be part of Lighthouse! Good benefits, salary is comparable and they believe in work life balance.

Cons

The only comment I can add here is one directed more toward being a project manager in the eDiscovery world. You do have to work hard, be committed and know there will be long days and/or weeks at times. This is a service based industry so working hard, giving your best is a must. This isn't for everyone but if you are ok with hard work and commitment, this is the company you want to work for.

Pros

Junk food, foosball and ping pong table. They sometimes have free on-site massages. Who needs a matching 401(k) or better health insurance, amirite?

Cons

There's a high turnover rate of employees. While there, within a span of 2 months, several senior, key persons in the operations dept. left for better positions. The reason was that they could not stand their extremely critical manager, who gave them all poor reviews despite their long hours, expertise and experience, and who, strangely, in the words of one subordinate, "couldn't make a decision...EVER."

Pros

Good e-dsicovery experience. Some departments utilize new technologies. Nice office space.

Cons

Note, the company has changed names to Lighthouse eDiscovery. Lighthouse has very high turn over, the highest I've ever seen at a company. I would advise reaching out to people on LinkedIn and other sources to confirm this. Also they tend to over promise clients and are not always good at having your back.
