Pros

Great company to work for! We have been on a tremendous growth path for the last few years and i don't see that stopping. The culture is fabulous and everyone gets along a cross the board.

Cons

Growing pains have been the biggest issue that I have seen. If you are not up for working hard, this is not the place for you.

I had a good boss and some good co-workers, The office was centrally located downtown Seattle

Cons

Terrible leadership that looked to blame employees for unclear instructions, The departments set up did not work well causing everyone to stay late almost every night, This was not a great place to come in to work every day.

Fully remote, good benefits if on the west or east coasts, fun company culture.

Cons

We came to expect layoffs every year. Departments shrank and we were pressed to work harder with less resources.
