      MICRO-managers that make it difficult to function, dishonest, with interpersonal office politics and absolutely superficial training or advancement - AKA no real training.

      Some good people with good work ethic.

      Cons

      It's a growing company so new employees are added, however, often above more knowledgeable employees with better salaries. The path to promotion is very mysterious. Very little transparency into management decision-making. Way too many levels of management for the company size.
