I originally came from an AdTech company – an industry which works fast to acquire other companies as I’ve come to notice during my career. In the previous company I worked for, multiple companies were quickly acquired by my former employer (3 companies within 2 years!). Because so many people were on-boarded as a result of these acquisitions, the culture itself became a non-priority and eventually, the culture itself died. Toward the end, I came in to work, did my work, and then left, which quickly became really depressing. When discovering Lighthouse, I found the company very different and seeing a company that focuses highly on culture was a true 180. I feel MUCH happier and while there is a lot of work to do, it doesn’t feel like work. It feels like I’m working with others toward something that will make the company better overall, which is all I ever really wanted. I honestly feel really grateful to find Lighthouse and excited to see my future here!

Lighthouse’s current CTO departure that happened this week (March 2025) is broadly viewed as a positive development. Many team members had expressed concerns about the outgoing CTO’s leadership style and limited familiarity with the eDiscovery sector, So this change is welcomed by employees. We look forward to the arrival of a new CTO who can provide the expertise and vision needed to guide Lighthouse effectively. Shareholders can rejoice because Company value can only go up from here.
