The business wants to move fast and innovate/focus on Gen AI, but refuses to address the basics or foundations of how work gets done.

Lots of improvements in the right direction over the past few years. This is a very niche industry and they aren’t exactly on the cutting edge of technology. However, you can carve out a great position with the right team/manager. They ask for and listen to employee feedback on a consistent basis.

Cons

Salary and benefits are lacking. Typical corporate culture b.s. like anywhere else. Too many upper/middle management positions, never on the same page.
