Pros

I have the pleasure to work with the most talented and forward-thinking eDiscovery professionals here at Lighthouse. This career isn't a 9-5 and requires flexibility whether you're in the frontline of serving clients, serving one another internally or uniting to serve the communities we live in. Lighthouse team members live out equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) day to day through a variety of supported organizations, internal groups and trainings. Thoughtful leaders value EDI and invest in creating opportunities to build and maintain a culture of these important qualities for organizations today. There is an ongoing focus to retain and grow top talent, deliver solutions that are innovative, scalable, and driven by quality results for our company and clients we serve daily. As a Black female eDiscovery professional with 15-years experience in the trenches of this field, I'm very thankful for the opportunities LH leaders and my peers entrust me with daily for the past 4-years. I look forward to what the next 4-years will bring.

Cons

Balancing support needs in this business is hard. I look forward to advancements in leveraging technology to predict peaks based in ticketing and time entry to allow our leaders and teams to properly align support.

Pros

- Collaboration and camaraderie between teams and departments. I interact with and work with many kind, smart, funny, helpful, and motivated people every day. - Transparency from Leadership and upper management (on status of company financials, new business won, areas of improvement, ongoing initiatives). Leadership is level-headed. They answer folks' tough questions without having reactive or overly emotional responses. - Strong manager support (day-to-day work and tasks, personal development, work/life balance) - Feels like an exciting time to work at the company and make an impact on its future growth and the development/maturity of internal processes, etc. - Great remote working environment - Good wages and benefits (and looking to continue improving) - Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Cons

As with many companies, some areas of the business can sometimes be stuck in legacy processes (or lack thereof) and rigid when it comes to change and innovation.
