Pros

One of the things that keeps me at Lighthouse is the culture. Lighthouse has grown so much over the past 5 years from a small 200+ company to over 1000 now and despite all of the growing pains, the company has done a good job of keeping the small company culture feel. The C-Level executives do a great job of being as transparent as possible.

Cons

As with any company who experiences the level of growth that Lighthouse has gone through, there are some growing pains with unification of different aspects of the company.

Pros

I have been at Lighthouse for a long time and have been able to grow both my career and my skills all along the way. The opportunities for growth here have been fantastic. I have switched paths 3 times while here and have been supported in each instance from both my incoming and outgoing leadership teams. I have also had the honor and privilege of hiring a large number of people over the years and can confirm that Lighthouse is a great place to work in the eDiscovery space. We are collaborative, results oriented, and employee centric. I have always appreciated the transparency of the exec team- managing a company with the growth trajectory we have is difficult. They have always been fair, progressive, and focused on how we continue to grow as a company.

Cons

This is the legal industry and stakes are high and the pressure can be intense. All of that said, when the going gets tough I know I can look arms with my colleagues and get it done.

Cons

Not sure if recent inflation has been incorporated into the overall plan for employee retention. I hope so.
