      The company culture and all the people I work with at Lighthouse make this an engaging, comfortable place to work. Being able to help solve problems for clients and bring efficiencies and savings to their companies make the job rewarding. Management's creation of an employment structure that allows for levels of vertical growth and horizontal changes, as well as recognition of achievement in client service and collegiality, create incentives to grow and innovate.
