      Pros

      Stable, well-run company that is growing like crazy. Get a job here and you'll never want to leave.

      Cons

      Some jobs require being in the physical office, and for some folks these days that's a deal-breaker. But many many positions are 100% remote.

      Pros

      You know that time that you accepted a job offer and it turned out to be the best thing you ever did? Just over a year ago, I started my journey and became a member of the Lighthouse eDiscovery People and Culture team. I am where I belong, doing what I love. There’s nothing like being in the right role, with the right company, and on the right team!! Pros: Culture, team/coworkers, opportunities for stretch assignments within your role, authenticity, and appreciation for the work that you do and ideas that you contribute.

      VERY heavy workload, but well worth it.

      Pros

      Without question, the people are the best thing about this company. These people are some of the smartest, most caring, most helpful people i have ever worked with. They really know their stuff and they really care. You will be welcome if you decide to work here, everyone really tries to reach out and make you fee like part of the team

      Cons

      Pro and a Con: Super rapid growth. That bodes well for potential longevity and hopefully competitive employment packages. BUT the growing pains, integration issues, disembodied management of issues (left hand / right hand) is really painful sometimes. Their employment package is tolerable, but nothing to write home about. They could/should be a leader in this area and they are not. They are losing really good people.
