Pros

What set's Lighthouse apart is the culture. Lighthouse does a fantastic job of keeping employees engaged and respective the work-life balance. That is not an easy feat in this industry, yet it is engrained within the Lighthouse culture. There is plenty of room for growth and proper training with a rock solid onboarding process. The LH leadership and HR teams do a phenomenal job for diversity and inclusion. Everyone feels welcome and there are never any bad ideas or wrong answers. Your voice is always heard at every level.

Cons

The work does get busy at times, which is a good sign for a growing company.
