I have been with Lighthouse for over four years now and the culture and leaders have been nothing by supportive and empowering. At Lighthouse there is lots of opportunity for innovation, creativity, and career growth. In my experience, my leaders and coworkers have been my champions and supported me through thick and thin. It feels like family and I am excited to come to work every day.

I retired from almost 30 years in law enforcement, and came to work for LH 3 days after retiring. I specialized in digital forensics, and have been with LH for a year now. What a huge change for me! I would have retired earlier and went to work for a company like this had I known just how well I would have been treated. They really care about their employees, and coming from the world I worked in - I can clearly see when individuals are being properly cared for. Of course there are things that I wasn't expecting - like higher medical premiums than civil servce, but that is what is to be expected. When we have summits and training, it is crazy how the LH team creates videos and presentations that really pump you up and concrete in that you made a great decision to come here. I had lots of things to give up (seniority/take home vehicle/built up vacation time/etc), and honestly, it was pretty scary leaving that "family" that I been a part of me for so long. Now, I can safety say I have another family I am getting to know. I am glad I made the leap, and Lighthouse was able to adopt me. I have nothing but gratitude.
