freedom to work on projects, reasonable hours, nice people

Cons

Company is always growing and changing processes so there's unfair lvls of expectation on different teams based on technical ability. Hard working teams have to work more to carry the weight of other teams, and those other teams don't get flack for their screw-ups subsequently.

Pros

Lighthouse really wants to see people in roles that they are not only good at, but enjoy. They are supportive of people seeing opportunities for business growth and acting on them, even for operational staff. Lighthouse provides space for innovation and has some really cool development projects happening. The people and culture team has a strong presence and seeks out employee feedback on many issues. There is a more dedicated effort for training opportunities at onboarding and also once in the position. Lighthouse has provided me with a great career path.

Cons

Very busy - a lot of work coming in, which can be a good problem to have in a business sense. Trying to continually staff to meet demand.

Pros

Lighthouse has one of the coolest cultures in the industry. We're aggressively winning market share, yet still maintaining an employee-centric culture. I come to work excited about the new possibilities. The energy is contagious and comes from the top down. Brian McManus is a great visionary with a very approachable demeanor.

Cons

Like any growing company, there's always ways to streamline / organize, but I do feel there's a lot of thought put into things so I trust the outcome.
