The people, the culture, and exciting things to learn!

The people are truly the best, everyone is very collaborative and open to teaching and offering advice. The remote working structure for forensics and the labs and tools! The depth of knowledge and experience present in the crew are really inspiring and gives you something to expand your horizons.

Cons

None so far, its an organisation that really wants to keep the people they hire.

The people are such a pleasure to work with! The camaraderie with everyone is truly amazing. Working at Lighthouse you feel like you are truly valued by the benefit packages they offer, mutual respect shared, and how management interacts with Team members. Lighthouse is a very professional organization that I am so glad to be a part of.
