      It's a great culture. i can't say enough about the effort that is put in to facilitate and promote a supportive, inclusive, challenging but collaborative work environment. It comes from the top and is enforced throughout management. It is a forward looking company that embraces technology and invests in smart people to provide excellent service and compelling solutions to clients. It's fun to be a part of something you know, with confidence, is providing clients hiqh quality work, efficiently.

      Cons

      The growth has been challenging to keep up with. Whether it is having the right number of people or working through an acquisition, assimilating new processes, or new platform/tools, it can be tiring and difficult to keep up.
