      Pros

      * Much transparency in the company's performance * Culture of innovation * Very diverse, but not too in your face about DEI stuff * Flexibility in remote work - most positions are remote at this point, only a bare minimum of staff are on-prem as is needed * Strong growth opportunities * Accommodates work/life balance extremely well

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of anything that can truly be considered a con for working here. I am not the kind of person that sticks around companies for very long if I feel like it's not contributing to my general happiness in life. Before Lighthouse, I did jump around quite a bit to various companies, but at this point I don't think that I can find a place that I would be happier.

      Pros

      I've been at Lighthouse for over 15 years. It's a great company to work for. Management and co-workers are really supportive, collaborative and really care about your well-being and success. Technology stack and the amount of constant innovation and process improvement is really impressive and market leading. You'll be challenged and rewarded on so many different levels and continually grow. The company really values inclusion and respect for every employee. Couldn't imagine working at another provider. Tons of opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Pay is competive but not crazy like some competitors are offering. That said, having work life balance, support and great work environment are worth the trade off.

      Pros

      The number one pro is the people that you get to work with every day. Having been in eDiscovery for 20 years and in multiple positions, my colleagues are some of the most intelligent and professional people I have ever worked with. My second pro is Lighthouse's commitment to developing new technology to set us apart from other vendors. We have some of the most cutting-edge products and it is great to be able to put them to use to provide best in service support to our clients. It is a great workplace, no matter where you are in your career progression.

      Cons

      This being eDiscovery the hours can be long but that is everywhere in this space.
