Pros

Strong C-Suite leadership team that cares deeply about the employee and client experience. I have been around a number of different company cultures in eDiscovery and seen the highs and the lows at every stop in my career. Lighthouse stands out for it's technology-first vision and for its community of practitioners who work and support each other like family.

Cons

Rapid growth through acquisition has lead to uneven employee experiences within the company. A lot is expected of managers at this company the level of experience varies across the board which also contributes to inconsistent professional development and insight into company priorities.

Pros

I am in control of my own work without micromanagement or constant check-ins. This is a company built for go-getters and doers. You will feel supported and empowered to work and have the resources you need to succeed. I feel like I am appreciated and valued as an employee and my contributions are recognized and make an impact at a greater level.

Cons

As a designer and not an eDiscovery professional, there was a large learning curve when coming on board to completely understand our market, but everyone company-wide is willing to help you learn and teach you.

Pros

Lighthouse has a big goals for growth and innovation, which translates into a lot of opportunity within teams and individuals. If you are motivated to work hard, you're rewarded via recognition and additional growth opportunities. Our remote-first culture allows for flexibility and a diverse set of talent. The people are awesome and truly define this place to be as great as it is.

Cons

Certain processes are fragmented and stuck in multiple systems, places, etc. This can be confusing and/or challenging when trying to source information.
