Recession hit hard but we still love Lighthouse.

Pros

The culture here at Lighthouse is second to none. Coming from the law firm side of e-Discovery, it was a breath of fresh air to meet so many people who were open, responded to questions and seemed legit happy to help me learn.

Cons

Not really a con, just a sign of the times with staffing cuts during this recession.

Pros

The people , opportunity to grow my career, investment in diversity and culture iniatives, and compensation. Both CEOs during my tenure have been strong across the board. Change over to new CEO has been very promising based on his navigation through tough decisions and issues.

Cons

Work life balance can vary but is really dependant on you. You can create the balance if you want to.

- Highly flexible remote first workplace, work from anywhere within reason - Colleagues are highly engaged and really care about the business success - Business culture supports diversity and inclusion more than most organizations - Lots of room for internal movement and growth

Cons

- High stakes legal tech services industry, pressure can be intense at times but relative to other companies in the industry, Lighthouse does do a much better job of supporting work life balance - Lighthouse tends to juggle too many priorities and has a hard time saying no to requests and initiatives that don't provide best financial ROI
