Pros

Really not much good. You are a number and executive leadership as well as middle managers look at you that way.

Cons

Lied about layoffs multiple times. Lot's of politics and any information disseminated is subject to chance without notice. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. No investment in employees or employee development. If you weren't laid off you realize how little they think about their employees. BEWARE.

Nice diversity among the employees. Benefits and pay were fine.

Cons

- Upper management talked over our heads. - Direct management barely responded to emails, had way too much on their plate, and always seemed distracted when in meetings. - Multiple managers in a very short amount of time made for a very inconsistent and frustrating experience. - The company has an odd obsession with trying to obtain positive reviews. They send out a monthly survey, which I've never seen any other company do. And I'm not at all surprised by the other comments on here that mention having been specifically asked to post a positive review here on Glassdoor after having been terminated. -

I used to believe that This company actually cared about their employees. There was a strong emphasis on balancing your life and your work, with actual guidelines for work hours, flex time, multiple lines of communication, and resources. I had very little experience in eDiscovery when I started. The training was so through and supportive that I have excelled in a short amount of time. I thought that this was the healthiest work environment that I had ever encountered. I was really happy. The CEO told us we were doing well - no layoffs expected. And then suddenly we lost 25% of our department. Not even their direct managers were notified. It was horrible and brutal. I will never trust this place again.

The C-suite promises transparency, but they lied to us.
